Join the BIRTHDAY BOOK program!
In honor of your child's birthday you may make a donation to the library.  This donation will be used to buy new, beautiful books for the Whittier Library.  Your child will have the opportunity to choose a new book from the Birthday Book cart.  A name plate will be put in the book with your child's name on it and your child will be the first person to take the book home.  After that, it will be part of the library collection.  Some of our best loved books are from the Birthday Book program.  Your donation (made out to the Whittier PTO) is tax deductable.  Your child's picture will be on the Birthday Book wall.
Many thanks to the Whittier PTO and the moms who volunteeer to run the program for us.
Check out the Birthday Book wall here.
